Considering the popularity of Mr Vittal and time constraints, several speakers have already expressed that they want to pay their tributes. If you also want to speak, please send your request URGENTLY by 17th so that a roster can be prepared by 18th. We hope to accommodate maximum speakers. But we request that tributes should be within 3 minutes.
